Job Fair 2023
On April 26, the annual job fair was held in CAIU.
The fair was attended by representatives of government agencies, leading domestic and international companies, graduates and students of the university, thus, more than 70 employers made their proposals. The main goal is to assist in the employment of university graduates. Employers presented their vacancies, then got acquainted with the portfolio of graduates and pre-selected candidates for employment on the spot.
Specialists of the employment center conducted master classes on resume preparation, preparation for interviews, told about trends in the labor market and conducted testing in the field of career guidance.
In the course of their studies, our students undergo personal growth trainings, acquire additional skills, foreign languages, and therefore they can compete in the labor market. This is confirmed by the high percentage of employment after graduation.
The employers were divided according to the areas of training and in 6 sections they acquainted students with the specifics of the proposed work and with vacant places. In turn, the students spoke to the employers and presented their portfolios and resumes.
28 resumes for employment and 16 resumes for internships and internships in the companies of Gorada Shymkent were selected.
