Nurlan Shakhizindaevich Khaidarov — Vice-Rector for Social Development and Educational Affairs at the Central Asian Innovative University. Born on February 26, 1988. Graduated from South Kazakhstan Pedagogical University, “Otyrar” Institute, majoring in 050602 “Informatics” (2005–2009). In 2009–2011, earned a Master’s degree in Pedagogical Sciences in the specialty 6B0103 “Pedagogy and Psychology.” Began his career in 2008 as a personnel inspector and college lecturer at Otyrar University. From 2009 to 2013, served as Head of the Personnel Department at the “Otyrar” Institute. In 2014–2015, worked as a material accountant at KazFrac LLP, and from 2016 to 2019 served as Deputy Head of the Personnel Department at the Peoples’ Friendship University named after Academician A. Kuatbekov. Since 2019, he has been Vice-Rector for Social Development and Educational Affairs at the Central Asian Innovative University.
