Educating Youth for a Safer Society
On May 19, 2026, the Department of Business and Tourism at the Central Asian Innovation University held an educational session on the topic: “Maintaining Public Order, Explaining the Harm and Dangers of Bullying, Ludomania (Gambling Addiction), Internet Fraud, Promoting a Healthy Lifestyle, the Harm of Drugs and Alcohol, and Crime Prevention.”
During the event, students received comprehensive information on maintaining public order, developing legal awareness, and preventing pressing social problems.
Senior curator of the department, G.Zh. Abdramanova, emphasized that gambling addiction, drug abuse, and alcoholism are among the most serious problems facing modern society, weakening individuals spiritually and causing severe physical and psychological harm.
She also explained the dangers of internet fraud and ways to protect against it, highlighting the importance of promoting a healthy lifestyle, understanding the harmful effects of drugs and alcohol, and taking personal responsibility in preventing offenses.
The educational session became an important platform for increasing students’ legal awareness and encouraging responsible attitudes toward health, safety, and social well-being.
