“Independence — the Eternal Breath of the Nation.”

On December 12, master’s student and lecturer of the “Central Asia Innovative University,” Bekish Botakoz Sakenkyzy, together with group INK 25-1, held an open advisory (curatorial) session titled “Independence — the Eternal Breath of the Nation.”

Purpose of the event:

  1. To provide an in-depth understanding of the history of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  2. To foster love for the Motherland and respect for national statehood.
  3. To reinforce the value of independence and strengthen national spirit.

The event opened with the performance of the National Anthem. Students spoke about the history of Independence Day and noted that on December 16, 1991, Kazakhstan was declared an independent state.

During the session:

  • poems dedicated to independence were recited;
  • historical facts and short performances highlighted the events that led to the country’s independence;
  • short videos such as “Zheltoksan Zheli” and “Independence — a Sacred and Great Concept” were shown;
  • a quiz was held covering significant historical dates marking 34 years of independence.

The students showed great enthusiasm and confidently expressed their thoughts. Their knowledge about independence deepened, national consciousness strengthened, love for the Motherland grew, and their patriotic spirit was enhanced.

The open session titled “Independence — the Eternal Breath of the Nation” fully achieved its goals. Thanks to the active participation of curator Bekish Botakoz Sakenkyzy and group INK 25-1, the event was meaningful and carried strong educational value.
