A meeting was held at the university to improve legal literacy among students
In order to form a legal culture among young people and prevent criminal offenses, representatives of law enforcement agencies and sports of Shymkent held a special meeting with students at our university.
The event was attended by the prosecutor of the Office of the prosecutor’s Office of Shymkent Zhumabek Sundet Kairatovich, director of the Boxing Club of Shymkent Kanat Orakbayev, senior assistant to the prosecutor of the city Tembayev Almas Konysbekovich and deputy head of the Department for Combating Organized Crime Nurseitov Kudiyar Asatulayevich.
During the meeting, the importance of preventing criminal offenses among young people, ways to improve legal literacy and the role of sports in youth education were discussed. The guests explained to the students in detail about the observance of legal norms, the importance of law and order in society, and showed real ways to improve legal literacy.
In addition, students received information about the consequences of a criminal offense and methods of avoiding it using specific examples. Director of the Sports Club Kanat Orakbayev noted the importance of effective use of youth leisure and finding a place in society through physical education.
At the end of the event, students asked their questions and received professional advice from industry experts. Such measures will contribute to improving the legal literacy of young people and the Prevention of offenses.
Our university will continue to systematically organize such important meetings aimed at educating young people.
