Psychological training for police officers
In cooperation with the 1st Police Department of the Shymkent City Police Department and the Turkestan region, senior teachers of the Department of Pedagogy, masters A.S. Uskenbayeva and D.T. Bektursinova conducted psychological trainings on the following topics: “Developing team cohesion and collaboration” and “Exercises to increase trust and cooperation”.
The purpose of the seminar is to strengthen relationships among police officers, teach them how to resolve conflicts in a group, and build confidence in their work.
