Visit of Professor from Uzbekistan within the Academic Mobility Program
From November 11 to 15, 2024, as part of the academic mobility program, our university was visited by PhD, Associate Professor Abdushokhid Abdurashidovich Khasanov from the University of Science and Technology (Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan). This visit was organized at the invitation of the Department of Engineering and Information Technology.
Abdushokhid Abdurashidovich Khasanov is a recognized specialist in modern information technologies with extensive experience in both scientific and practical fields. During his visit, he delivered lectures and practical classes for students of the following academic programs:
- 6B01501 Teacher Training in Informatics,
- 6B06103 Computing and Software Engineering,
- 7M01504 Informatics.
During the sessions, he covered current topics such as:
- modern multimedia technologies,
- algorithms and programming,
- development and support of virtual educational systems,
- computer graphics,
- IT infrastructure design,
- cloud computing and virtualization.
This visit provided students with a valuable opportunity to deepen their IT knowledge and gain exposure to advanced methods and technologies. The practical classes allowed students to apply their newly acquired knowledge, while the lectures broadened their understanding of current trends in information technology.
Additionally, Professor Khasanov held meetings with the university faculty, where he shared his expertise in the integration of innovative technologies into the educational process, IT infrastructure design, and the creation of digital educational resources. His recommendations have been a valuable contribution to the development of the academic programs of the Department of Engineering and Information Technology.
This visit, organized by the department, marks an important step in strengthening international cooperation and experience exchange between universities of neighboring countries. Such academic mobility programs not only enhance the quality of education but also reinforce scientific connections between universities, which is crucial for the development of modern science and education.
