The 1st year student took the prize-winning II place at the kickboxing World Championship

From September 30 to October 9, the World Kickboxing Championship among youth and cadets was held in Lido di Ezolo, Italy. 735 athletes from 63 countries took part in the championship. Among young people, Kim Karina, a 1st-year student of the educational program “Physical Culture and sports”, in the weight category of 48 kg under the full-contact program, won the II place. Karina is a talented athlete who won the rector’s grant of our university.
