Essay contest rules In honor of the day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Science and higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces an essay contest on the topic “Kazakhstan in my dreams”. The competition is aimed at developing civic consciousness of young people, fostering their responsibility for the fate and future of the country. Students, undergraduates and youth public organizations are invited to participate in the competition. Independently executed creative works on the topic “Kazakhstan in my dreams”, reflecting the views and hopes of the author regarding the future of Kazakhstan and his participation in the formation of this future, are sent to the essay competition.
